"Good result," Carlo Ancelotti has said when asked about the Bayern draw.

"Bayern played their best football tonight. We didn't do our best.

"Yeah, Bellingham wasn't at his best level tonight, but same for the entire team," the boss also said.

Real Madrid conceded too many scoring chances during the game. Luckily, the opposition weren't good to convert most of them and the Whites took their rare chances as usual.

The second leg will take place at the Santiago Bernabeu next week.
