'The only reason': Jamie Carragher offers theory on Mo Salah argument with Jurgen Klopp

Jamie Carragher believes he knows the reason why Mohamed Salah and Jurgen Klopp had a touchline row in the West Ham draw.

"The only reason a manager would be unhappy in this situation, is the player took too long to be ready to come on," the ex-Liverpool defender tweeted.

The theory could make some sense, as West Ham scored an equaliser while Salah was preparing to come onto the pitch.

On the other hand, the Egyptian was not fully in charge of the situation as he could only appear during a pause, so he would feel within his rights to hit back. In any case, the resulting scene was not pretty.
