'The way they play is our kryptonite': Madridistas worried about one UCL opponent, not Napoli

Real Madrid is when you should be worried about a pot-four opponent more than one from Pot 1.

This is exactly what some Madridistas feel after the Champions League group stage draw.

No_Eye_564 (Reddit): "Union [Berlin] could be a thorn in the side."

supplementarybabies (Reddit): "Why couldn't we get Young Boys instead of Union?"

IcefoxX5 (Reddit): "I am convinced we're dropping points against Union, the way they play is our kryptonite. Absurd efficiency, fast counters, low possession, perfectly organised defence."

TheEmpireofSun (Reddit): "To be honest, I was most afraid of Union from pot 4, though I absolutely love to see us playing against them and I am sure they and their fans will love it as well."

Union Berlin finished 4th in the Bundesliga last season – ahead of Xabi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen and recent Europa League winners Eintracht Frankfurt.

The German team have enjoyed a rapid rise over the past few years. Several years ago, they played in 2. Bundesliga. They still have a low-cost squad with no real stars (Leonardo Bonucci is going to join them, though!) but with a highly-efficient style of play.
