As per David Ornstein, Graham Potter has declined the offer to replace Laurent Blanc as the manager of Ligue 1 side Lyon.
This comes after the Lyon fans lambasted their players at the stadium after their 4-1 loss to PSG at the weekend.
Four Chelsea players took pay-cut for summer exit
Chelsea needed as many as four players to take pay cuts in order to leave the club in the summer, claims The Athletic.
This includes Christian Pulisic, Mateo Kovacic, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek all agreed to lower their salary to leave the club.
Chelsea to commission eight-foot lion statues outside Stamford Bridge
The Evening Standard reports that Chelsea have submitted an application to erect two eight-foot lion statues outside Stamford Bridge.
The club hopes that the statues will be in place by November.
Chelsea failed bid for Awoniyi revealed
The Athletic claims that Chelsea approached Nottingham Forest over a potential late transfer for striker Taiwo Awoniyi 48 hours before the summer window slammed shut.
Forest, however, were in a position to reject the approach out of hand ahead of the showdown at Stamford Bridge where Awoniyi assisted Anthony Elanga's match-winning goal.
