Zinchenko & 6 more Arsenal players return to training before Nottingham Forest clash

Arsenal welcomed back a number of first-team players ahead of their 2023/24 Premier League opener against Nottingham Forest.

The most important figure to return was probably Oleksandr Zinchenko, who missed the Community Shield clash due to injury.

However, he might not be fully fit for the Forest clash – which is why Jurrien Timber is likely to play as a left-back again.

Jorginho also returned to training on Thursday (August 10), alongside Mohamed Elneny after recovering from injury.

Reiss Nelson has also seemingly recovered from his foot injury and is back in training before the season opener.

Folarin Balogun was spotted in training too, amid all the questions around his future at the club.

Two outgoing Arsenal players, Nuno Tavares and Albert Sambi Lokonga, were also seen in training as they near departures from the club.
