Speaking to Optus Sport on Sunday, Manchester City's Rodri said: "To be honest, I think our success is down to the mentality.
"Arsenal, also they deserve [to win the league], they did an unbelievable season, but I think the difference was in here [pointing to his head].
"When they faced us at the Etihad, I saw them and said: 'Ah, these guys, they don't want to beat us, they just want a draw.'
"And that mentality, we would do it the same way. And we caught them. At the end, if you give us one point, we will win the last seven, eight games."
Rodri calling out Arsenal's mentality is an interesting take given that the Gunner have taken four out of six points from Man City this season.
Mikel Arteta's men have also taken 22/30 points from the games against the so-called 'big six', compared to City's record of 14 out 30 points.
