Ancelotti: 'Arda Guler scores goals even when he doesn't deserve it'

"The squad love Arda Guler very much. We are very happy that he's here," Carlo Ancelotti has told the media after the 5-0 win against Alaves.

"He has a gift – he scores goals even when he doesn't deserve it, because the ball is in love with Arda," the Italian added, laughing.

Arda Guler is truly special. He has now scored four goals for Real Madrid with an overall xG [expected goals] of just over 1.0 which proves his exceptional individual quality.

The 19-year-old also boasts the best goal-per-minute rate in La Liga this season.
