Joselu bagged a brace against Bayern in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final, sending Real Madrid to Wembley.
The La Fabrica graduate had a journeyman career, playing for the likes of Hoffenheim, Stoke City and Alaves. Last season, he was relegated from La Liga with Espanyol before Madrid signed him on loan last summer.
Back in 2012, the striker, who had just joined Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga, tweeted: "Can anyone send me a good link to watch Madrid?"
Joe Clark, a Stoke City fan on Twitter, posted this while watching the Madrid v Bayern game yesterday: "So the bloke I walked out with onto the hallowed turf of the bet365 stadium just scored in a Champions League semi-final.

Joselu did it on a cold, windy night at Stoke. He did it on a slushy Saturday in Frankfurt. And now he's done it under the blinding lights of the new Bernabeu, putting two past Manuel Neuer.
