Did you know that Bellingham regularly breaks one La Liga rule? It's all because of Jude's legs

Real Madrid's star summer signing Jude Bellingham has twice destroyed Barcelona in extra time, scored 17 goals in the league and is leading the club to La Liga and Champions League titles. Experts are already saying that Jude is one of the main favourites for the Ballon d'Or this year.

However, fans have recently noticed an interesting fact: Jude always breaks one rule of La Liga.

You've probably noticed that Jude has huge holes on the back of his socks. He started having them after the move to Dortmund. This is how they look now:

And it's not a matter of fashion, as some might think - it's about preventing muscle damage. Bellingham, as well as a lot of other players around the world, complains about standard socks that don't take into account the muscular characteristics of modern athletes.

Simply put, standard socks often put excessive pressure on pumped-up muscles, which can lead to injuries. One solution to the problem is to avoid tension in certain areas of the leg.

In today's realities, when manufacturers stamp thousands of pieces of clothing, the only way to reduce tension is with ordinary scissors. These "holes" in the socks provide players with greater comfort and reduce the risk of overstrain injuries.

What is the violation? Is it prohibited by the rules?

There is a special clause in La Liga's regulations that deals with the players' uniforms. It states that a player should not play in torn clothing. This applies not only to T-shirts and shorts.

However, the League has long turned a blind eye to socks, because if you are meticulous about this particular point, organisational chaos will ensue.

By the way, Bellingham is not the first Real Madrid player to cut holes in his socks. Gareth Bale did the same, although the size and number of holes was much smaller.
