Four players announced their departure from Real Madrid just before the season concluded in early June. But in a swift move to reinforce their squad, Los Blancos have brought in four new players to replace them.

Here's a quick heads up on the ins and outs at Real Madrid so far this summer.

Ins

Brahim Diaz. Real Madrid brought back their loanee after a two-year stint at AC Milan. They also extended his contract by four years.

Fran Garcia. Los Blancos also spent €5m to bring back their former prodigy who has been excelling at Rayo Vallecano.

Jude Bellingham. This is where Real Madrid spent the most money, shelling out €103m to sign the former Dortmund midfielder.

Joselu. Real Madrid have announced the signing of the 33-year-old striker from Espanyol.

Outs

Karim Benzema. The Frenchman moved to the Saudi League following an eye-watering offer.

Marco Asensio. The Spaniard decided not to renew his contract after it expired. He's expected to be unveiled by PSG.

Eden Hazard. Real Madrid decided to terminate his contract with one year left. Both club and player seemingly reached a mutual agreement.

Mariano Diaz. The striker also left the club following the expiration of his contract.

Luka Modric. The iconic midfielder has refused to confirm his decision. But he's expected to stay.

Harry Kane. Los Blancos still needs a deadly finisher following the exit of Benzema. However, the Englishman's arrival is now highly unlikely.

Kai Havertz. The German forward now favours a move to Arsenal after Real Madrid's interest cooled.
