Top source names Tuchel as possible successor to Ancelotti at Real Madrid

Top British outlet The Athletic (5 stars) claim that Thomas Tuchel's future points at La Liga. The German coach could replace Carlo Ancelotti in case the experienced coach leaves Real Madrid next summer.

Tuchel being a complete opposite to Ancelotti is what makes him a likely appointment, it's claimed.

The 49-year-old is currently without a job after being sacked by Chelsea. His most important achievement with the Blues was winning the 2020/21 Champions League.

At the moment, though, it doesn't seem like Real Madrid will part ways with Ancelotti next summer. 'Carletto' has a contract until 2024 and the Merengues even consider offering him an extension.
