Hakimi impresses again – he's forming a duo that is statistically better than Liverpool's Trent and Robertson

Achraf Hakimi is wonderful this season – and his numberous stats only back it up.

As counted by UtdArena, the goal contribution of the Hakimi-Guerreiro duo is even more effective than the one of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson at Liverpool.

Both duos have contributed to 22 goals this season – but it's the Dortmund's bond that registers either an assist or a goal more often: 0.519 goal involvements per 90 minutes compared to 0.396 set by the Liverpool link.

One can say it barely makes sense to compare the Bundesliga and the Premier League levels – but let's not forget that both Hakimi and Guerreiro aren't as renowned as that Liverpool duo yet!

While at Borussia Dortmund, Achraf Hakimi has already registered 10 assists in addition to 3 goals. In his one and only season in the Bundesliga, the 21-year-old has been recognised as the player with the most sprints made.

Nominally a right-back, Hakimi often connects with Dortmund's final three and his assists tally is just another solid proof of his obsession with moving the ball on the attack.

It's fair to say that Achraf has blown the German top flight up with his presence. However, Zinedine Zidane's stance on the player is rumouredly negative as he prefers Dani Carvajal over him.
