Casemiro left out of Brazil squad for Copa America 2024

Brazil's national football association, the CBF have announced the list of players who will represent the nation at this year's Copa America being held in the USA.

Casemiro has been left out of the squad for this year's tournament and will not be on the plane to the United States.

Casemiro has been a key figure in the team for years now but his recent injuries and decline in form have seen him lose his spot in the squad.

Perhaps it could come as a blessing in disguise as the midfielder will finally have a proper rest in the summer after playing a high number of matches for Man United since his arrival.
