Erik ten Hag has allayed fans' fears over whether or not Harry Maguire would be fit to face Coventry City in the FA Cup semi-final on Sunday.
"Yeah, so far so good," said the Manchester United boss of preparations to face the Championship side.
"But we had some issues picked up in the game against Bournemouth and we had to make some adjustments in training and specifically for Harry Maguire because he picked up an issue, shortly in the game.
"He dealt with it in the game, but then he needed time to recover.
"Today he's back in training, back in team training and for the rest of the preparation, yeah, it's going in the right direction."
Maguire has been a shining example at the back this season, delivering solid shifts whenever needed. Even when injured, the centre-back has fought hard to be available for Ten Hag, who has dealt with missing defenders all season.
Amid growing pressure on the boss, he desperately needs a win to advance to the FA Cup final and possibly win the trophy in an attempt to safeguard his future.
Having Maguire available to face Coventry would be an immense boost for the Red Devils, who are in the FA Cup semi-final for the second year in a row.
