Antony has seemingly rubbished claims that he was dropped from the Man United squad for the Bournemouth game because of a rift with Erik ten Hag.
The Red Devils reaffirmed that the Brazilian forward had picked up an injury before the 2-2 draw, which is why he couldn’t play.
Antony appears to have confirmed this as he recently posted a video on his Instagram of himself taking an ice bath to recover from any lingering issue he might have. Along with it, he captioned it ‘new week’.
However, the winger appears to be ready to make a return to action in the upcoming FA Cup semi-final against Coventry City at the weekend.
The 24-year-old will be aiming for a strong end to what has been a poor season for him so far, managing only two goals and as many assists in 33 appearances for Man United.
