Sancho could be tempted to Man United return by one key appointment – MEN

Jadon Sancho is going to return to Man United after his loan spell at Borussia Dortmund expires at the end of the season.

However, there are still questions lingering over his long-term future at Old Trafford because of his beef with Erik ten Hag.

According to the Manchester Evening News, one person who can make him change his mind is Jason Wilcox – whom the club aims to appoint as their new technical director.

That is because Wilcox was actually Sancho’s coach when he was still coming up through Man City’s academy and shares a very good relationship with him.

Hence, Jason could perhaps give Jadon a new lease in life at Old Trafford and perhaps also convince Erik ten hag to break the ice with the player.

With that being said, Man United are still fighting to appoint Wilcox – who reportedly recently served his resignation at Southampton.

But if the Saints do not let him leave for the Red Devils immediately, he could be forced to serve a 12-month notice period before departing – which could ruin Sancho’s potential return to Old Trafford.
