Man United 'accelerate' Mainoo contract talks
According to the Daily Star, Man United have accelerated contract talks with Kobbie Mainoo as he goes from strength to strength this season.
The report adds Mainoo's recent call-up to the senior England squad has contributed to the club stepping up negotiations.
Brailsford can instill 'winning mentality'
British Olympic cycling legend Dame Laura Kenny said in an interview quoted by talkSPORT: "That was the biggest thing for me. When I walked into any room in the velodrome, everyone had bought into the same thing [winning].
"That's because Dave B [Sir Dave Brailsford] had managed to get everyone on the same page. We were all going for gold, it didn't matter that only one person stands on the podium. Everyone felt like winners at the end of it."
Brailsford, who is renowned for his success in the cycling world, is set to oversee football operations as part of a Ratcliffe-backed INEOS team.

Shea Lacey, a prospect highly regarded by the Man United academy, is set to sign his first professional contract as he will turn 17 years old in April.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Lacey already draws comparisons with Phil Foden. This season, though, he has only played eight games due to an injury that he's still recovering from.
