Rio Ferdinand believes it was a mistake from Manchester United sell Chris Smalling to AS Roma for £18 million under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in 2020.
He said: "I couldn't believe that Smalling was allowed to leave. I thought him and Jonny Evans, they knew the fabric of the club. You need those types."

Arsenal fan charged for Keane headbutt
An Arsenal fan named Scott Law has been charged for headbutting Roy Keane during their 3-1 win over Man United last September.
Law, 43, has now been directed to appear at Highbury Magistrates' Court. He allegedly headbutted Keane, who was celebrating Alejandro Garnacho's late goal; later ruled offside.
