Paul Pogba banned from football for 4 years

Paul Pogba has been handed a four year ban from football for doping, it was made official on Thursday.

The former Manchester United midfielder failed a drug test in August 2023 and was issued a suspension by the authorities.

Now that the investigation has been completed, the Frenchman's was given a hefty punishment by an anti-doping prosecutor's office in Italy.

This effectively means that Pogba's professional career is all but over as he will not be able to play football all the way until 2028 when he will be 34 years old.
