According to Tuttosport, a tier-two Italian source, Manchester United are impressed with the work Simone Inzaghi has done at Inter Milan.

Although he's not won the Serie A yet, he's won two Coppa Italia and three consecutive Supercoppa Italiana titles since taking charge of Inter in 2021.

He also reached the final of the Champions League 2023 and he's on course to winning his first-ever Italian top-flight trophy this season.

Tuttosport understands that Inzaghi, 50, is on contract till 2025 and he earns £4.7 million per year as Inter's manager.

The Red Devils have reportedly been 'monitoring' him and are ready to offer higher wages in hopes of luring him to the Premier League.

The report further adds Man United could offer him a significant wage rise to £6.8 million per year.

Amid growing uncertainty over Erik ten Hag's future beyond this season, managers like Thomas Tuchel and Julian Nagelsmann have also been linked with the managerial hot seat at Old Trafford.
