Rachel Williams on scoring 4th goal as supersub for Man United WFC: 'It's becoming a habit'

Speaking on scoring an important equalizer for Man United Women in their 2-2 draw against Brighton, Rachel Williams told Sky Sports: "It's becoming a bit of a habit for me. I'm itching to get off the bench and help the team and tonight it's paid off.

"We've dominated that first half and we have to take our chances. We've got crosses in the box but we've got to finish those chances."

When asked about what she was told before coming on as a substitute in the game, Williams added: "You get information, it was to go two up top and get crosses in and get anything on the end of it. It's all a bit of a blur but I've got the goal again.

"Mary [Earps] came running up, she was like 'Rach get on this'. She thinks it was her luminous green that dazzled everyone and the gap was there for me to tap in.

"I've worked with Marc [Skinner] a few times now. I've got great respect for him. He only has to put his trust and belief in me and I'll give all I can. It's a bit of Skinner time now!"

Williams has scored four goals for Man United WFC in the Women Super League this season, all coming from the bench.
