De Gea or Onana? Heaton weighs in on who suits Ten Hag's style better

In his post-match interview, Tom Heaton said of Andre Onana: "He’s been great.

"He’s a really good lad and a great character. I really enjoy the style of his play and I think he’ll suit how the manager wants to play.

"Hopefully I can learn a bit from him. I know I’m getting older but I’m always trying to develop and evolve.

"Hopefully I can offer him something about Premier League football and the requirements of the different challenges."

Heaton, 37, served as Manchester United's captain of the night as he was deployed between the sticks in our 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao.

As for Onana, there's no doubt he's exactly what Erik ten Hag wanted in a modern-day goalkeeper.
