Donny van de Beek 'cleared to leave' Man United, player 'exploring his options' (reliability: 3 stars)

The midfielder spent the majority of the 2022/23 season out with a serious knee injury and his time at the club is over.

The 26-year-old is 'exploring his options' and 'a number European clubs' are said to be interested in the 

Van de Beek was hoping to revive his Old Trafford career under 

 but things have clearly not worked out for the midfielder in

 this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano. 

"Donny van de Beek will explore options on the market in the next weeks as he could leave Man United," he tweeted.

"Donny loves the club and ten Hag but he needs and wants to play regularly next season. Told he’ll be ready for pre-season after long injury."

Van de Beek was ruled out for the remainder of the season earlier this year, following a knee injury he suffered in January. However, the Dutchman has since returned to training. 

Not guaranteed regular game especially with the potential arrival of Mason Mount, an exit could be the best option for the midfielder.

Let’s not hide and be honest with ourselves bcus Donny van de beek can’t play for us more 

He’s too simple 
Play simple 
No agility 
No fight 
Zero willingness to oust those in front of him and he will never be able to play ahead of Bruno mount and even Fred if he’s stays 

To play u have to want to fight to win balls make things happen but Donny can’t do all that he’s just confide in himself playing very simple and that will only help being a DM defensive midfield to do like he does

If u truly want to play 8,10 or being a cam u will have to make things happen make assits create chances score goals ask for the ball to make things happen and I don’t. See that with Donny as much as I like him so he has to go without sentimental feelings for the development of the team and the target we want to reach

Donny is a good player, I believe without injury he would have done well, before his injury he improved massively.  Let’s watch him in this pre season, United will be playing a lot of games next season , we need quality players
