According to Fabrizio Romano, Man United have agreed personal terms with Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana.
The Cameroonian no.1 is ready to make a move to Old Trafford and accepted he contract proposal made by the English giants.
The Red Devils will now need to agree a fee with the Nerazzurri to get the deal over the line.
Man United recently made an offer of around €45m plus €5m in add-ons to tempt the Serie A side into selling him.
However, Inter are adamant at demanding at least €55m (including add-ons) to sanction a sale for Onana.
At this point, there is optimism around the deal and a feeling that Erik ten Hag will get his man soon.
This deal could effectively mean the end of the road for David de Gea, who has become a free agent after being unable to agree a new contract with Man United.
