According to the Mirror, Newcastle United have been offered the opportunity to sign Eric Bailly in the summer.
Man United are ready to sell the Ivory Coast centre-back and wouldn’t have issues letting him go to a fellow Premier League side.
Newcastle are struggling in their search for a new defender and are now weighing up a move for Bailly.
The Red Devils could reportedly be willing to sell him for a cut price and let him go for something in the range of £15m-£30m.
Bailly has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford and is unlikely to be used ahead of the likes of Raphael Varane, Victor Lindelof or Harry Maguire next season.
With Erik ten Hag also keen on signing a new centre-back, United are looking to sell Bailly and potentially using that money to fund a new defender’s acquisition.
