"We are Manchester United, still the biggest club in the country. We must win, always," Man United goalkeeper Andre Onana said.
The goalie was expressing his excitement after Man United beat Championship side Coventry on penalties to advance to the FA Cup final.
"We feel good, we feel happy to be in a final. We'll come back here to win. The most important thing is the victory. We're in the final, that's what matters," Onana added.
Perhaps Onana is providing us with some comic relief with those bold statements. Everyone and their dog can see how much of an embarrassment the Red Devils have become.
In the FA Cup semi-final, Man United blew a three-goal lead to the Championship's 8th-placed team. They could've lost that game if VAR hadn't controversially ruled out a late Coventry goal in the 120th minute.
What's more, Man United finished last in their Champions League group this season and are currently 7th in the EPL and in danger of missing out on Europe.
