In a seemingly unrelated story, Marseille's Amine Harit made an audacious attempt to score from kick-off against Lyon.

He managed to catch the goalkeeper off-guard, but the ball only hit the crossbar.

When this clip was uploaded on Reddit, almost a thousand fans upvoted the following comment:

It's not clear whether the fan meant scoring from the centre of the pitch or hitting the crossbar.

The latter is not out of the question, considering the fact that Nunez has hit the woodwork more often than anyone in the Premier League this season (9).
