Matip & 5 more Liverpool players with contracts expiring in 2024

There are six players at Liverpool whose contracts expire in the summer of 2024.

These are Adrian, Thiago, Joel Matip, Mateusz Musialowski, Melkamu Frauendorf and Paul Glatzel.

Adrian is expected to leave when his contract expires. Thiago still hasn't played a single game in the 2023/24 season while Matip has likely played his last, having picked up an ACL injury.

Musialowski, Frauendorf and Glatzel are U23 players. The Pole's progress has stopped after an injury and he's reportedly unlikely to be retained. With Frauendorf, he featured in the pre-season so hopefully a new deal for him is in the pipeline.

Glatzel has three goals in five Premier League 2 appearances but is already 22 — it's unclear what are the club's plans for him.
