Exactly Mike, they always leave the team at least 2 players short and spend like we're a mid table team instead of the 4th or 5th largest club in the world (depending on which reported valuation you go off). The fact that he can't even get into the Aberdeen team, who are the equivalent of a league 1 team says alot. I hope this is not true as just not right that a club like Liverpool has to rely on that standard of player? Not having a go at the kid, but he's not good enough for LFC, fgs, he's currently not even good enough for the Aberdeen team

Mate, you must be a mind reader. I was about to say the same thing about Rhys. It's nothing personal, of course it's not. But if you don't get a start in a team of Aberdeens status, pretty much says it all. Proper money has to spent on shoring up the defence. Agree Mike, but as you might see from some fans, they have swallowed it because they read it as a black and white situation. If you criticise fsg, somehow they think that means you don't love and support the team as much as they do? We all support the club and fsg have done plenty good but the area they have not been good enough for a club like Liverpool has been team recruitment. All the top clubs do more that way, yes, many have spent poorly but Klopp has very rarely done so. There's nothing that makes any of us who call fsg out on this less of a supporter, in fact, the biggest reason the fans who do call out fsg for this do so is because they care so much about seeing the team do better on the pitch! They are a business, and like all business's the sole objective is to make a significant profit. Its the fundamental law of economics. They don't give a toss about this great club, that I have supported religiously for nigh on 44 years. They have & will continue to milk this club for all it's worth for the foreseeable future. Matip has played more than konate and Virg needs to be managed too so he can have some games off and what has getting in a quality CB got to do those other teams??
