Can Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jude Bellingham play together for England?

Speaking on the It's All Kicking Off podcast, Chris Sutton said: "You talk about Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jude Bellingham not being able to play together.

"Listen, we are talking about England national team. It's not like Under-10s football, where you have Johnny and Peter bumping into each other. 

"For me, I think Alexander-Arnold understands the game well enough not to get in Bellingham's way. He was brilliant against Malta on Friday."

Bellingham, who is a guaranteed starter for England under Gareth Southgate, is not part of the latest Three Lions squad after picking up a small injury.

Trent, who is now playing in a midfield role for the national team, has started against both Malta and North Macedonia over the last few days.
