Ederson sustains injury — why it's not a good thing for Liverpool

Ederson has pulled out of Brazil's squad after suffering a minor injury, it has been confirmed.

This could have been good news for Liverpool ahead of the Man City game on November 25. However, the goalkeeper is expected to be in contention next week.

Alisson is now expected to play in Brazil's both games this international break.

The problem here is that the Reds goalkeeper will have to take a long-haul flight back to England. It could theoretically affect his performance, while Ederson will be quietly preparing for the Liverpool game.
