Thiago, promising right-back & 4 more Liverpool players with contracts expiring in 2024

The transfer window is over but it doesn't mean that business stops at Liverpool. The Reds have a number of players whose contracts expire next summer. Here is a list.

Adrian. The third-choice keeper received a one-season extension earlier this year. While universally lauded as a positive presence in the dressing room, the Spaniard occupies a non-homegrown spot in the squad despite barely playing any games for Liverpool.

Thiago. The midfielder is quality when fit but availability has been a problem for the Spaniard. His performances this season will determine whether the Reds would offer him a new deal.

Joel Matip. The 32-year-old remains reliable as a backup option but you can see that age is catching up with him. Signed as a free agent in 2016, it's likely he will leave on contract expiry in 2024.

Conor Bradley. The Northern Ireland international stayed at the club this season instead of heading out on loan. He could have competed with Trent but picked up an injury that will keep him out until November.

Mateusz Musialowski. Nicknamed 'the Polish Messi', the 19-year-old still hasn't made a competitive appearance for Liverpool's first team. He has a season to prove his credentials after three injury-laden seasons with the Academy.

Melkamu Frauendorf. The German midfielder has made two senior appearances for the Reds. However, the 19-year-old's pathway to the first team is not very clear after the club signed four midfielders this summer.
