At a pre-match press conference, Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Thiago Alcantara is out for the season, joining Stefan Bajcetic, Calvin Ramsay and Naby Keita on the sidelines.

Roberto Firmino is unlikely to play as well, while Diogo Jota and Jordan Henderson are doubts.
