Sean Dyche explains why he has 'no sympathy' for Jurgen Klopp

"My focus is on Everton, making sure we are right without worrying about anyone else," Everton manager Sean Dyche told a press conference when asked about Liverpool's current struggles.

"There is no sympathy (for Jurgen Klopp), it is empathy. As a manager, you have an understanding of others but he certainly doesn’t need my sympathy, someone as experienced as him and what he has done in the game.

"I have total respect for all managers because it is a very difficult job. There is an understanding and a shared feeling as I’ve been through it myself."

Dyche has been in the Everton job for less than two weeks, so it's clear he does not have much time for anything except clearing out the mess at Goodison Park.

From Liverpool's perspective, though, we can only hope that this process will take a hit on Monday when the Reds host their local rivals in the Premier League - and Klopp's team can't allow themselves to care about Everton's problems, either.
