Alexander-Arnold makes his first World Cup appearance as England secure place in last 16

Trent Alexander-Arnold finally featured at the World Cup in Qatar as he came off the bench in the second half of England's 3-0 win over Wales.

The Liverpool right-back appeared on the pitch at the moment when the Three Lions already went 2-0 up.

Jordan Henderson, the other Red in the England squad, played 90 minutes on Tuesday night.

Thanks to this result, England topped Group B which means they will face Senegal in the Round of 16.

This also means that every Liverpool player at the World Cup could feature in the knockout stage. The only uncertainty is Darwin Nunez's fate as Uruguay have only got one point after two games.
