'Talking of beers': Pep Guardiola shares his thoughts on Jack Grealish form after funny exchange with journalist

During Pep Guardiola's press conference, the journalist raised one unexpected topic - beers. Man City boss was asked about players being allowed some beers but misunderstood the question because he was previously talking about his hangovers.

To better understand the journalist's question Pep even had to use some hand signs.

Of course, when it is time to discuss beer the first Man City player that comes into mind is Jack Grealish.

The journalist used this moment to make a joke: "Talking of beers... how pleased are you with Jack Grealish's form at the moment?"

After giving a smile, Guardiola said: "We are really pleased [with him]. We miss him. He has to continue until the end. In that level is the Jack we know him and his personality."

"The same [as everyone], he has to improve in some departments, finishing for example, but this is the Jack we know of last season that helped us again to do it [win the Big Five]."

"This season unfortunately he could not there. I’m pretty sure he has learned the lesson and try to help us in the next half. Not [just] next year but the years he has ahead of him for his career [hopefully he] can perform in that level."

This season Jack Grealish scored 3 goals and made 3 assists across 31 appearances in all competitions.
