Cristiano Ronaldo managed to get himself sent off in the most recent Al Nassr v Al Hilal clash for violent conduct.
It wasn't the first time Ronaldo had thrown a tantrum in Saudi Arabia, but it did show a pattern: Cristiano has something against Al Hilal, the country's historically most successful team.
In one of the previous clashes between the two sides, Ronaldo got an Al Hilal player in a headlock, and God only knows what stopped Michael Oliver from showing the Portuguese a red card.
Earlier in 2024, Ronaldo showed disrespect to his opponent by putting an Al Hilal scarf around his crotch.
Maybe it's the fact he still can't score against Al Hilal, who are about to win Saudi Pro League; maybe it's the Messi chanting that angers the Portuguese. Either way, Ronaldo does not enjoy playing against this opponent: he's yet to win a game against Al Hilal, and not doing something silly would be nice for a start.
