Spanish media: Several clubs that supported UEFA reportedly agree to new Super League negotiations

According to Spanish news outlet El Espanol, the story of the European Super League is about to take a new turn.

In the coming months, the Super League will begin a new round of negotiations with the clubs, in which it will explain both the business plan and the overarching sporting principles, as per the report.

The aim is to attract as many teams as possible to the league .

Previously, several clubs that have spoken out in favour of UEFA following the EU court's ruling have already approached A22 Sports Management (the parent company of the European Super League) to discuss and find out more about the project.

Barcelona and Real Madrid are arguably the biggest advocates of the idea, as both clubs believe the new tournament would be much more beneficial for the participants than the Champions League and the Europa League.

It is therefore expected that the number of teams wanting to join the Super League will increase exponentially in the coming months.
