Bayern Munich considering move for Juventus goalkeeper

As reported by Daily Mail, Juventus are considering selling their Polish goalkeeper, Wojciech Szczesny, due to interest from Bayern Munich. The Bundesliga club view Szczesny as the top choice to replace Yann Sommer, who is likely moving to Inter Milan.

Bayern need a capable goalkeeper to stand in for Manuel Neuer, who hasn't played since the World Cup due to a leg injury sustained during a skiing trip.

Juventus's sporting director, Cristiano Giuntoli, is open to completing the sale of Szczesny, who currently holds a contract worth around £5.6 million per season until June 2025.

Bayern Munich see Szczesny as an ideal fit for their team, and they seem eager to finalize the transfer as soon as possible. Now, Giuntoli must carefully evaluate Bayern's offer to determine the best course of action for both clubs and the player.
