Portugal are through to the 2022 World Cup after beating surprising contenders North Macedonia 2–0 on Tuesday.
In the other European playoff final, Poland booked their place in Qatar by beating Sweden 2–0 with Robert Lewandowski scoring the winner.
There was further heartbreak for Mohamed Salah and Egypt who were once again beaten by Senegal on penalties and it's Sadio Mane who is heading to the World Cup.
Nigeria played out a 1–1 draw with Ghana but Thomas Partey's side are through to Qatar thanks to the away goal rule. Therefore, we now know 24 out of the 32 teams which will feature in November.
