EA Sports have confirmed that Russian national team and all Russian clubs from FIFA have been removed from FIFA 22.
Russia is following a tidal wave of international sanctions and restrictions after Vladimir Putin ordered an invasion of Ukraine last week.
The country's national team has already been banned from all FIFA and UEFA competitions, including the upcoming 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
An official statement from EA reads: "EA Sports stands in solidarity with the Ukranian people and like so many voices across the world of football, calls for peace and an end to the invasion."
