5 senior players who feel mistreated by Xavi listed

On Friday, ace transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano claimed that Xavi's treatment of Vitor Roque is among the reasons why the manager is likely to be sacked at the end of the campaign.

According to reporter Sergio Sole, Xavi's dismissal could be down to several senior players feeling mistreated under his management.

Here's a list of the senior players who feel mistreated by Xavi.

Vitor Roque. The Brazilian is Barca's most expensive signing since Raphinha but he struggles to get a look at by Xavi. Roque has only played 17 minutes in the last six games.

Joao Felix. The Portuguese has been relegated to a substitute since the turn of the year. Felix has scored 10 goals and six assists this season but he's still an outsider in Xavi's best Barca XI.

Raphinha. The Brazilian has been left on the bench on two occasions this season but his annoyance might be because Xavi uses him on the left to accommodate Lamine Yamal on the right. He's also been used as a substitute 12 times.

Ronald Araujo. The defender has not been in his best form this season but there was reportedly a disagreement with Xavi. Thus, Araujo has refused to extend his Barca contract.

Robert Lewandowski. The big striker has been unhappy when taken off before the end of matches. Xavi has done that on a number of occasions this season. Lewa wonders if he would play more or less next season.

Others like Oriol Romeu and Marcos Alonso could begrudge Xavi but it would be impossible to keep every player happy in a big club like Barca.
