ONE Barca player will earn €32m in wages next season, not De Jong

Robert Lewandowski will earn €32m in wages next season, according to RAC1.

The striker's gross earnings this season stand at €27m, which comes to €13m (net). But he still earns less than Frenkie De Jong who pockets €18m (net).

However, Barca negotiated a yearly increase in Lewa's salary when he moved from Bayern, which means he will receive up to €32m (gross) or €15m (net).

Lewandowski's high salary and his age are reasons why Barcelona will seriously consider offloading him at the end of the season. The big striker will turn 36 in August.

Despite scoring 24 goals and nine assists in his 45 games this season, it still looks like Lewandowski's best years are already behind him. But moving him from Barca will not be easy as he has a contract with the club until 2026.
