Dani Alves' ex-wife sends birthday message to convicted Barca legend

Dani Alves' ex-wife and model Joana Sanz has posted a birthday message for the Brazilian on her Instagram stories.

"+1 year 🎂 +1 year to start again. +1 year to rebuild. +1 year to turn tears of sadness into tears of joy. +1 year of maturation.

"Happy comeback to the sun. I love you 🤍"

The Barca legend, who has turned 41, apparently reconciled with his estranged wife after securing a provisional release from prison. They seem to be living together again which is not received well by Dani's brother, Ney.

Dani Alves was released from prison in March, awaiting the final sentence. He was initially sentenced to 4.5 years in prison for an alleged sexual assault that took place at a night club of Barcelona on December 31, 2022.
