Roberto would love to be given an option to stay at Barca until 2026. However, Barca are unwilling to give this offer.

In any case, Roberto is expected to sign his contract and stay at Barca for at least one more year.

Roberto has been at Barca since he was 18 years old. The 32-year-old has played 370 games for the club, including 21 games this season.
