we can't get Xavi the players he need and he is trying his best to use the one we have and here you saying like he doesn't know his job. all the good or big coaches you are seeing many of them their team's get them the  players they need to play their tactics or style of play they want to use. so understand our situation

My friend I understand your point somehow, but let me remind you Barca brought Vitor Rogue and the attacker is a good finisher but Xavi vehemently refused to give him enough playing time he relied on Lewandowski and Lewandowski has reached his peak of playing football he is depreciating now. Why must he benched Vitor? Vitor is a complete striker and energetic, strong and he runs faster. Pls my friend think twice, Xavi is Barca's major problem. He is too selfish, too self-centered and too hardened and above all he doesn't take correction from his past mistakes. FC Barca is my favorite team I love Barca but if care is not taken Xavi will cause FC Barca a total failure next season.

Guardiola has tactical and technical know how and he knows how to select players and make a good substitution of players unlike Xavi. once Xavi is under pressure he removes the good player replace him with the bad one.
