Xavi reportedly wants Barcelona to strengthen three positions this summer. This includes signing a full-back, a defensive midfielder and a left winger or a 'differential' player like Bernardo Silva.

The two most likely wing-back solutions are buying Joao Cancelo out and keeping Julian Araujo who is currently on loan at Las Palmas. Xavi is also expected to demand Eric Garcia's stay, so there will be enough depth in the central defence.
There are several options for the defensive midfielder position, but Martin Zubimendi, Joshua Kimmich and Amadou Onana seem to be the standout ones. We also think Xavi would like to keep Andreas Christensen for the depth.
Bernardo Silva would be a fantastic addition up front as he often moves to the wings during games – he has the potential of succeeding in Xavi's four-midfielder formation.
