Toni Kroos: 'We could've beaten Barca 4-0'

"The truth is that the level of play [in El Clasico] wasn't good on both sides. We have to admit it. Both teams made a lot of mistakes and lost a lot of balls," Toni Kroos has told his brother in an Einfach mal Luppen podcast.

"In reality, if we had played El Clasico well, we could've beaten them [Barca] 4-0," the German added.

Just imagine saying this after getting away with what they did on Sunday. They were in the losing position twice while also benefiting from Lamine Yamal's goal disallowed – possibly unfairly.

By similar reasoning, if Barca had played well, we would've won 5-0!
