Barcelona have sent a strong message to PSG warning them that Lamine Yamal is not for sale at any price, multiple sources say.
According to Marca, Barcelona's response to PSG's €200m offer for Yamal was a flat no. However, they would accept an offer of €1bn which is what's written in the player's release clause.
PSG sent their offer for Yamal through his representative Jorge Mendes. Barca's reply was firm, the player is not in the market, Diario Sport say.
Lamine is also determined to stay at Barcelona where he says he hopes to become a legend one day. However, he's yet to sign his first professional contract with the club — that can only happen when he turns 18 in July next year.
Yamal and Pau Cubarsi are arguably the bright spots from an otherwise gloomy season at Barcelona. The Blaugrana will ultimately finish the season with zero trophies.
