Xavi says Barcelona will not focus solely on stopping Kylian Mbappe when his squad faces PSG later on Wednesday night.
"What will I do to stop Mbappe? Yeah well, Mbappe, Dembele, Kolo Muani, Vitinha and the whole squad. We have to be vigilant, we have to be brilliant in this aspect," Xavi told reporters.
"Putting a player to defend Mbappé individually? I don't like it, it's another thing to cover, to have numerical superiority. But I don't like it," Xavi adds.
Mbappe is PSG's most lethal weapon having scored 39 goals this season plus nine assists. But Xavi is right. Allowing Mbappe to drag players out of position will prove foolhardy as PSG have other deadly players.
Barca have not beaten PSG at the Parc des Princes in more than 10 years. Barca have won four and lost four in the previous meetings between both clubs.
